Three winners will receive a full refund of their order. Subscriptions get their first year refunded.

Made a purchase before you saw this? Don't worry! ALL orders, including those already placed since the start of our Black Friday 2025, are automatically added in...you don't need to do anything!

_{During our Black Friday Sale event, up until 3rd December 2025 (11:59pm UK time), all customers who make a qualifying purchase during the Krotos Black Friday event will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win their entire order refunded.A total of three (3) winners will be selected.}

_{3. Eligibility To be eligible, you must:}

• _{Make a purchase on krotosaudio.com or krotos.studio during the promotional period.}
• _{Be 18 years or older.}
• _{Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Krotos Ltd.}

_{Existing Black Friday purchases made from the start of the Black Friday event up to 11:59pm on 3rd December 2025 are automatically included.}

_{No additional action is required to enter.}

_{4. What You Can Win}

_{If selected, the winner(s) will receive a full refund of the order they placed during the promotional period, subject to the following guidelines:}

_{Refund applies to: The total order value, including bundles, individual plugins, sound libraries, or multiple items in a single transaction.}

_{Orders of any value - no price cap.}

_{For subscription products: The refund applies to the first year only.}

_{Any future renewal payments after the first year are not included in the prize.}

_{For perpetual/one-time purchase products:You will receive a full refund and keep permanent access to all items included in the order.}

_{If a winner purchased multiple orders during the period, the highest-value order will be refunded.}

_{The draw will take place within 7 days after the promotion ends.}
